The innkeeper is often the owner and your personal host throughout your stay.

Our Bed and Breakfast are uniquely different from one another so are the rates and policies.  Please inquire.

Reservations are generally required and confirmed with a deposit by check or credit card.  When making your reservation be sure to inquire about check in times and cancellation policies.  Please call if you will be delayed.

Breakfast is usually included in the rate.  Menus and serving times vary by inn. Notify the innkeeper in advance if you have dietary restrictions.

Most areas impose a tax on local inns which may be added to your room rate as well as state and local sales tax.

Inquire if  you prefer a private bath. Many of the inns offer private baths, however some have shared baths.

Most of our Bed and Breakfast do not allow smoking indoors, although some have outdoor designated smoking areas.

Many of our Bed and Breakfast welcome families, however some do not have appropriate accommodations for children. Please inquire.

Most of our Bed and Breakfast do not accommodate guest pets, please inquire if you have allergies most  have resident pets.

Many of our Bed and Breakfast, because they are homes, are not Handicap Accessible. Please inquire.

Obtain a map and/or written directions with exact street address and phone numbers.

If your plans are to visit Aggie Land, select a Bed and Breakfast along your route and enjoy the convenience of checking in and dropping off your luggage.  Your innkeeper will be there to welcome your return and your belongings will be secure at your Home away from Home.
